Fun Kids Club Experience

My children had a blast at the Kokonut Club. The staff, especially Mariam and Renu, made every effort to keep the kids engaged with art and craft activities. It was wonderful to see my 8 and 10-year-olds so excited about their time there—they were always asking to go back! This facility is a fantastic feature for families staying at the resort.

Spacious and Comfortable Room

The Deluxe Twin Room I stayed in was fantastic. It offered plenty of storage space and had a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also well-sized, with an excellent shower. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean everything was, which greatly contributed to my overall relaxation.

Great Evening Entertainment

I loved the entertainment provided in the Lobby Lounge every night. After a long day of exploring, it was lovely to unwind while listening to live music. I recently stayed at ParkRoyal Penang, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience for my family. The hotel is very family-friendly, especially with the kid's club and pool amenities that my toddler loved. The staff showed amazing care and attention, particularly when my child was unwell. On the downside, while the breakfast was tasty, I felt it could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with fantastic service that truly made my family feel special. The gardens were lovely and the swimming pool was a great place to relax. However, the dining experience was limited to Halal food, which may not suit everyone's taste. Additionally, it can get quite crowded during Malaysian school holidays, so that's something to consider if you prefer a quieter stay.
